Yoghurt production involves culturing milk with live bacteria. The bacteria produce lactic acid which coagulates the milk proteins, making yogurt thick and slightly sour in flavor. The bacterial cultures required for producing yogurt are Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

Welcome to KTVC

Kiptaragon Technical & Vocational College is a government institution which was established under the TVET act 2013, Ministry of Education - State Department for Vocational and Technical Training (VTT). It had its first intake in September 2019 with a current student population of over 400. Kiptaragon Technical is located at Kuresoi South Constituency, 2Km off Molo – Olenguruone Main Road from Amalo Sec School junction.
